Located in the secure gated community of Mahogany Run just 5 minutes away from world renowned Magens Bay, this 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath cliff hanging villa invokes relaxation as you gaze down island at the British Virgin Islands and St. John. When you arrive at Sea View Villa you will make your way down the stairs bordered by tropical trees, arriving at the front door that opens up to the picturesque view you have been longing for. Hans Lollick island greets you directly offshore, with the stunning Caribbean waters dotted with British Virgin Islands all around. During February and March the humpback whales migrate right past Sea View Villa while you sit and watch, with morning coffee in hand and the sun rises over the BVI’s.

The open living area within Sea View Villa welcomes families and friends, setting the stage for memories that will be cherished for a lifetime. The expansive outdoor living area is where guests will find themselves congregating, whether at the salt water pool and large wooden deck, or on one of the two wrap around porches sprinkled with tall palm trees waving in the breezes. Sea View Villa has air conditioned bedrooms with two king beds as well as two twin beds, making it the perfect accommodations for a group of 6 or for that special couple’s retreat. You will truly find yourself in an ideal Caribbean getaway at Sea View Villa.
